One of my all-time favorite healthy dishes is the “I Am Whole Bowl” from Cafe Gratitude. It’s made with sea vegetables, kale, steamed quinoa, brown rice, kim chee, carrots, sprouts, tahini-garlic sauce, and teriyaki almonds. It’s soooooo good (and good for you)!
